Our seniors like to be doing things and we know that physical and mental exercise are good ways to remain healthy in body and mind. The Apostle Paul recognised the importance of looking after the body, even if his priority was the well being of the spirit. “For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come” (1 Tim.4:8).
